## Where to Look

- **Audit log**: `sandbox/

/audit.log.jsonl`: append-only, task lifecycle, state diffs, events

- **Verbose logs**: stdout (PM2 captures with `pm2 logs supervisor`)

- **Prompt logs**: `prompts.log.jsonl` (if enabled): full prompts and responses for debugging

## What Gets Logged

- State transitions (RUNNING, HALTED, COMPLETED, BLOCKED)

- Task start / complete / blocked

- Validation results and retries

- Halt reason and details

- Provider and circuit breaker events

- Performance analytics (helper durations, cache-hit rate, token usage)
